MOSCOW, Jul 13 (PRIME) -- The E.U. and Russia have agreed on cargo transit to the exclave Kaliningrad Region, news daily Izvestiya reported on Wednesday citing Russian high-ranking officials.

"The E.U. and Russia have agreed on cargo transit to the Kaliningrad Region. Brussels has provided a document that satisfied Moscow fully," the statement read.

According to the source, the document that has been discussed between the E.U. and Lithuania for several weeks, says that cargo shipments between the Russian regions will not be restricted and be exempt from sanctions.
